Evergreen brand replacement cartridges are manufactured by the Turbon Group. The Turbon Group warrants Evergreen brand replacement cartridges to free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of shipment and installation, valid for two years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover print count life or normal wear and tear. In Addition, this warranty does not cover failures resulting from misuse, accident, modification, improper maintenance by you, improper storage or installation, or unsuitable physical or operating environment.

In the event your Evergreen replacement cartridge is found to be defective during the warranty period, Turbon will at its opinion, subject to reasonable verification of such defects, will replace the cartridge with one that is at least functionally equivalent or refund your money.

In the event that an Evergreen replacement cartridge is found to be defective, causes damage to any compatible printer for which it is designed for use during warranty period, Turbon will reimburse you for the actual cost of repairs required to correct printer damage caused by the Evergreen replacement cartridge. Reimbursement is conditional on you providing Turbon 1) Satisfactory evidence that the cartridge was the actual cause of damage during the warranty period 2) A signed statement from the company performing the repair, on company letterhead, stating that the damage was caused by the cartridge 3) The original itemized invoice for repairs performed and 4) A copy of the service report showing the same and address of company performing the repairs.

The Turbon Group is the sole entity that provides warranty and support for these products. These warranties from Turbon are your exclusive warranty and replace all other warranties or conditions, expressed or implied, including but not limited to , the implied warranties or conditions of merchantability or fitness for a particular purchase. In no event shall Turbon or any of their subsidiaries be liable for any consequential damages (including lost profits, business revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings).
